These Terms apply to use of the SALRI website and, when made available, SALRI software and services.

Product status

SALRI is in active development. Features, availability, eligibility, integrations, limits, and pricing may change as development continues. The website does not promise that unfinished features are currently available.

Accounts and acceptable use

Users are responsible for information they submit and for keeping account credentials secure. SALRI may not be used for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, deceptive activity, or violation of applicable platform rules.

Financial information

SALRI may provide tools for organizing financial information, evaluating opportunities, and coordinating workflows. Unless explicitly stated for a particular regulated service, SALRI does not act as a bank, broker, investment adviser, or guarantor of financial outcomes. Users remain responsible for their own decisions and required approvals.

Payments

When paid products or services are offered, the price and whether a charge is one-time or recurring will be displayed before checkout. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers and may be subject to their terms.

Intellectual property

SALRI, Praamis, MOTION, related branding, product design, software, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to use the service as offered.

Availability

SALRI may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for development, security, maintenance, legal compliance, or product changes.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, SALRI is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, specific earnings, investment performance, or business results.
